For example, a cold winter and a hot summer. The trees' leaves fall during autumn and also change colors, into red, orange, yellow, and many others. The animals that live in these regions are snakes, foxes, birds, bears, squirrels, mice, deer, insects, etc. When the leaves start to fall some animals migrate, and some prepare to hibernate for the winter. In the picture above, animals are eating the last of the remaining food, enjoying the sun, and preparing to migrate/hibernate. Although fall only began in the picture, leaves are already falling and changing color, and the animals are already heading south when it's still dawn. Food is less abundant and the weather becomes colder, so most animals go to the south for the sun and food. This biome poster was drawn by Haley Xia, Wilson Huang, and Michelle Tan.
While working on our project, my partner and I encountered some good and bad things. We tried to make our data, graph and procedure as clear a possible but since my vocabulary isn't very large, some parts were unclear. For communication, we both knew what our jobs were, but sometimes we would get mixed up on where and when our meeting place was. Although we worked well together and got our project done, we still argued when we couldn't decide who should do what or where to put something. Due to our mistakes and arguments we had little time to complete our board. It was colorful, but had some large empty spaces with little decoration.
Next year we should work separately so we could get our projects done faster and so we can see how we like it working separately. It might take more work, but it will be worth it when we win a ribbon or make our parents happy because we did it alone. There will also be less mistakes made because if we were working alone, we would have to do everything ourselves and not rely on each other to do a part of the project. 1) Advent is a time to wait and prepare for the arrival (birth) of Jesus.
2) Fasting, praying and donating to the poor is part of the preparation. 3) Fasting helps us to better understand the feelings and lives of the poor, so that we can help them in more ways. Praying and donating to the poor is part of the reason for fasting. 4) The small sacrifices we make during Advent welcome Jesus in our hearts. 5) Advent lasts four weeks and there are four candles on the wreath. Three are purple and one is pink. One candle is lit each week to keep count of the remaining weeks until Jesus's arrival. Thanksgiving, Thanksgiving, you are finally here,
I missed you so much, I could hug a bear. Food, family, fun, what more could I ask for? Turkeys, gravy, every kind of food galore. But it's not only about that, it's abut giving thanks. Thanks your family, friends, and food- don't play any pranks! The universe, your parents, your sibling, pets, and your friends They were always there for your heart to mend. Give thanks to all! The elderly man on the bed is Isaac and the woman behind him is Rebecca. The boy at the foot of Isaac's bed is Jacob and he has dressed himself up as Esau, his older brother. Jacob receives the blessing instead of Esau, and because Isaac can't see well he and his eldest son were both tricked. The blessing can't be taken back, so Rebecca helps Jacob run away to avoid Esau's revenge.
.Sometimes I sacrifice my time for watching TV and playing games to help my mom fold the laundry or clean up the house. I think this is generous because relaxing is one of the times I enjoy the most. I'm giving up my time to help my mom, so this is a generous action
